ENACOM has published a new label resolution for telecommunications approvals. ENACOM has recently published a new resolution in the Official
Bulletin of Argentina which introduces a new label for telecommunications approvals in Argentina.
The ID will be called RAMATEL ID.Old CNC logo and markings are allowed to be used until August 12, 2022.
Existing products should have already been updates and any renewals must use the new labelling provision.
Main changes are:
- E-Labeling is allowed.
- Any telecommunication equipment that has been installed in a vehicle must include the RAMATEL logo and restoration number on any accompanying documentation for the vehicle.
- ID numbers remain the same if the renewal application is submitted before the certificate expires.
- The marking on the equipment must be made in a legible manner ,clearly visible and indelible.
