For the commercialization and/or operation of this equipment, in accordance with article 3 of R.M. N° 199-2013-MTC/03 which incorporates the SECOND TRANSITORY PROVISION and a new text to Article 8 of Ministerial Resolution N° 777-2005-MTC/03, where it is indicated that telecommunications equipment and devices must comply with the following:
- Have adjusted the equipment and/or apparatus to operate only in the 915 – 928 MHz or 916 – 928 MHz bands.
- Submit a Sworn Statement of Commitment of Compliance, that the equipment operates in said bands, according to the format contained in Annex II of said Ministerial Resolution.
- In case of commercialization of such equipment, it must adhere, engrave or print on the device or equipment a “Compliance Label”, that the equipment operates in the 915 – 928 MHz or 916 – 928 MHz band, according to the format contained in Annex III, of the mentioned Ministerial Resolution.
