On May 13, 2025, the Undersecretariat of Telecommunications (Subtel) issued Exempt Resolution No. 737/2025. Its purpose is to modify and update the technical regulation of short-range radiocommunication equipment originally established in Exempt Resolution No. 1,985 of 2017.
